Subject content Parameters of choosing appropriate analytical method for inorganic trace element determination in textile materials and auxiliaries. Procedures in analysis of the samples with complex matrixes. Sampling and sample preparation for the analysis. Owercoming the interferences by chemical and physically/chemical methods due to the solubility, electrochemical, chromatography and adsorption processes. Chossing the right analytical procedure. Role and use of different instrumental techniques. Result interpretation. Errors. Developing a standard methods. Quality assurance. Validation of analytical methods, steps in the analysis and their influence on the result information.
Aim of course After taking courses in Analytical chemistry, in Instrumental methods and after passing the exam in Analytical parameters students will gain a proper knowledge about leadership of analytical laboratories. Analytical parameters course is complement of Analytical chemistry course.
