Subject content Division of jacquard machines according to gauge and development. Division and fabric design in jacquard technique accroding to application, jacquard machine type and production complexity. Shortened drawing of weaving patterns and analysis of fabric parameters with one or more yarn systems in warp and weft. Calculation of material consumption per product unit. Methods of weave preparation and program accroding to the type and modernization of jacquard machine. Structural and weave analysis based on weaving complexity.
Aim of course Acquisition of knowledge of the design of the most complex jacquard fabrics woven on the most complex weaving machines at different stages of machine development. Knowledge of jacquard fabric sample analysis by taking it apart with one or more yarn systems in warp and yarn. Development of creative abilities and ideas in fabric production.
