Subject content Lectures: Drawing of clothing design on the bord and on fashionable moving figure.Based on the selection of fabric sample clothing designs are drawn according to teaching units (English classic, sports and work wear, formal dress). Exercises: Drawing of techological symbols on the board, explaining individual clothing elements and individual correction of student drawings. Based on the drawn design, a design is made in the graphic workstation for textile and clothing design which has the installed software package PrimaVision (with program modules GRAPHICSMODE and DRAPINGMODE) by Lectra.
Aim of course Students are qualified to make clothing design that is constructively and technologically legible without losing the designer's individuality . Based on the selection of fabrics, a clothing design is drawn that is varied and a collection is created according to recognizable elements of classic wear. Classic mode of creating collections is applied in the graphical workstation where the process of collection creation is accelerated or reduced in terms of time.
