Subject content The systems of predetermined normal times (MTM; WF). The principles and time units of the MTM system (Motion Timestudy Measurement). Basic motions of the human body working system: hand (9), eyes (2) legs, torso and body (9). Charts containing the data on normal time. Rules of logical sequence of motions according to the type and dynamics, as well as by the necessary visual and muscular control. Performing simultaneous and combined motions, dependent upon the level of skill. Standard set of motions. The systems of logical sequence of sets of movements. The methods of determining normal times for machine-hand sub-operations. Designing and constructing workplaces using the MTM system. The application of the MTM system in constructing working systems.
Aim of course The contents of the subject are based on a properly developed and tested expert system of logical sequence of motions, with the appropriate data basis. This set of knowledge in the field of industrial engineering offer a scientific approach to determining optimal method of work, with appropriate time norms, in the phase of designing and constructing workplaces and manufacturing systems already.
