Subject content Properties and Behavior of detergent components, possible interactions, synergism before, during and after use. Surfactants in detergents, detergency and biodegradability. Mechanism of soiling, removing agents and risks of wrong agent choice. Dry-cleaning solvents, solubilization and alternative solvents. Toxicological, eco toxicological and ecological legislation of texcare agents. Determination of primary and secondary effects in texcare. Hygiene requirements in texcare. Textiles and the skin-texcare residues. Seminars from actual problems in consultations with students.
Aim of course Technological, environmental, toxicological and human aspect of texcare agents. Specific competencies in good organization of texcare processes in purpose to achieve good quality. Analyze of components in detergent, development, and consumption on the global market. Improvement of texcare primary and secondary effects. Analyze of possible residual texcare agents as possible irritative compounds for the skin.
