Application:
Low-pressure plasma system with the possibility of the application of various gases is used in the treatment of textile and other thermally sensitive materials with the aim of the modification of the surface structure, reactivity, deposition of functional coatings, cleaning and sterilization

- Pressure range: 0.1 – 10 mbar
