Application:

The Lambda 20 spectrometer operating in the ultraviolet (UV) and visible (Vis) spectral ranges.

Technical characteristics:

• The spectrometer features a scanning double-beam, and an allreflecting optical system with a microprocessor.
• The monochromator is a holographic concave grating.
• It has two radiation sources, a deuterium lamp and a halogen lamp.
• Measuring range: 190 - 1100 nm
• Measurement accuracy: ± 0.3 nm
• Gap width: 1nm or 2nm (fixed slit).
• Scan speeds: 7.5, 15, 30, 60, 120, 240, 480, 960, 1920 and 2880 nm/min.
