Digital microscope
Manufacturer and model:
Dino-Lite, AM7915MZT
Location:
Department of Textile Design and Management
Contact person:
Assoc. Prof. Ivana Schwarz, PhD
Application:
Digital microscope device for examining and analyzing the properties, construction parameters, and characteristics of textile products. The digital microscope features an Extended Dynamic Range (EDR) option, enabling observation of details from darker or lighter areas on the observed object through a series of photographs taken with varying exposure levels. The Extended Depth of Field (EDOF) function automatically captures a series of photographs with different focus levels to enhance the depth of field on textured surfaces like fabric. The built-in adjustable polarization filter reduces glare and reflection when observing shiny objects.
Technical features:
- 5MP Edge sensor
- Polarizing filter
- Magnification from 10-220x
- Glass lens with anti-reflective coating
- Maximum frame rate of 30 fps
- Extended dynamic range (EDR) option
- Extended depth of field (EDOF) function
- Automatic magnification reading (AMR)
- Capture, photography, calibration, measurement, microtouch
- Software support
