Application:
A yarn hairiness measuring device is used to determine the number of protruding fibers on a photometric principle.
Technical characteristics:
- Protruding fiber lengths to be measured: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 21 and 25 mm.
- When measuring, 4 length zones are selected.
- Length of yarn on which the test is performed: 25, 50, 100, 200 and 400 m.
- Test speed: 50 m / min.
