Learning outcomes

The students will be able to:

● Recognize and use methods of finding information on the internet.
● Apply network planning.
● Differentiate and create various 2D graphs.
● Differentiate and create various flowcharts.
● Create a scientific poster and presentation.
● Use different graphic programs.

Subject content

Ergonomics of computer and software equipment, health, safety, and environment, precautionary measures, protection, and safety of information systems, computer network planning.

Aim of course

Understanding internet services and their correct usage. Advanced internet searching (search engines, meta-search engines). Understanding and practical application of network planning. Understanding and proper usage of graphs for data presentation. Understanding and practical application of flowcharts. Practical application of special computer graphics procedures.
