Subject content

Tasks of engineering design, project types, conceptual and principal project, analysis, implementation of project assignement. Production program, consumption of basic and auxiliary materials, technical specificaitons of production lines, area for technical preparation and warehouses. Systems of technological processes per stages and number of units. Recording and registering production data and parameters, technical-technological data on process machinery. Determination of capacities of machine types per stages and determination of numbers of units, work space for the production process, intermediate transport. Necessary power sources. Analysis of schematic representations of machine and equipment layout.

Aim of course

The student is qualified for independent engineering design of produciton processes of clothing technologies.
