Subject content

1) Definition of terms of strategic associations among enterprises. 2) Strategic associations in textile and fashion companies. 3) Competitive abilities and forces of strategic associations in textile and fashion. 4) Strategic associations and added values: cooption, cospecialization and development of inventions and innovations in the textile sector. 5) Types of strategic associations and specialites of strategic associations in the textile sector: matrix forms, bilateral and multilateral, vertical, horizontal and diagonal forms of strategic associations, property contracts, specialities and adequacy of individual forms in the textile sector. 6) Development, control, conflicts, competition and chalanges: chalanges of strategic associations for textile and fashion companies.

Aim of course

The course will enable the students to participate in the course in graduate studies of economic and related programs. The students will acquire specific knowledge of forms and achievments which strategic associations and cooperation among enterprises in the textile and fashion sector have in maintaining market and competitive positions in the global fashion and textile market.
