Subject content
Digital databases – data sourcing and analysis. The Croatian/European/global market with a special focus on the textile market. Index of industrial production volume. International trade flows and influential producing countries. The role of fairs in the marketing strategy of textile brands. Production and market of machines for the production of textiles and clothing on an international level.
Aim of course
The aim of the course is to equip students with the understanding of the Croatian, European, and global textile market through the research and analysis of digital databases at regional, continental, and global levels, with a special emphasis on production costs and retail prices of a selected group of products.
