Subject content

CIM-concept in the clothing production processes. Computer interconnection of the technical production preparation and technological production processes. Cutting automation. Cutting of cutting layers, tools and machines, analysis of technical and technological factors, deforamtions, technological diagrams, mathematical models and computer simulations. Processes of the continuous front fusing, control and factors. NC-controlled sewing machines, automata and aggregates, methods of NC-control. Automation by transport units, computer control, bar codes, automatic data collection units. Process parameters, measurement and determination. Programmers of ironing machines, automation of the process of garment ironing. Robotism of the clothing production process.

Aim of course

Knowledge of the operation of automatic systems in the clothing produciton. Knowledge of the operation of NC-controlled machines in the clothing technology. Knowledge of trends in the processes of clothing production automation.
