Laboratory - knitting workshop
The knitting laboratory (workshop) is used to perform exercises in the field of knitting for undergraduate and graduate students.
There are five different types of single-bed and double-bed machines, straight and circular machines of E6, E12 and E17 gauge in the workshop. The machines produce classic and specific knitted patterns for final and graduate work. Knitted fabrics are also made for various professional and scientific research involving PhD students and young researchers in various fields of textile technology.
The design features of the machines allow in various combinations knitting with single, ply and multifilament yarns of fineness from 5 to 250 tex.
