Subject content
Rotation transmiters, kinematic and dynamic principles of motion. Planar mechanisms driven by rotation or relative motion. Kinematic analysis of slider - crank mechanism, four node mechanism and cylinder actuated mechanism using the methods of vector diagrams of velocities and accelerations. Examples of application in the machinery for spinning, weaving, knitting, sewing and ironing.
Aim of course
Familiarisation with typical mechanisms applied in the machines for textile and clothing production. Development of skills in application of the methods of kinematic and dynamic analysis in rotation transmiters and planar mechanisms.
