Subject content
Influence of yarn properties and bobbin format on the subsequent processing stage. Types of warping and their specifities. Calculation of warping. Assembling process. Influence of dyeing warp on warping beams on sizing method. Sizing process. Analysis of parameters of the sizing process and warp parameters. Properties of sizing agents and their influence on the properties of sized warp. Calculation of substance balance in sizing and optimizaiton of size pick-up. Influence oa sizing automation on the optimization of size pick-up and production costs.
Aim of course
Knowledge of basic yarn parameters and their influence on fabric production. Acquisition of knowledge of warping and significance in the subsequent processsing stages. Development of abilities to optimize costs of warp preaparation, selection of warping type, sizing recipes and number of yarn breaks in weaving. Development of ecologic, economical and quality conscience and economical behaviour in preparatory processes.
