Subject content
Constructie fabric parameters and analyses of force balance in interlacing point. Division and development of weaving machines based on shed formation and inserter and their specifities and differences. Analyses of individual parts of weaving machines and their improvements. Analysis of regulating individual machine parts and their syncronization of weaving cycle as: moment entering and leaving the shed, shed geometry, moment of weft beat-up and reed motion, heald motion, actuation of warp and filling stop motion etc. Analysis of altering construction parameters of the fabric on the loom such as: warp and weft density, weave, weft pattern forming, warp and weft tension, selvedge formation system. Patterns and classification of faults in fabrics.
Aim of course
Acquisition of knowledge of theoretical fundamentals of interlacing points. Knowledge of the division and development of weaving process. Familiarization with individual parts of the loom and their synchronization in weaving. Knowledge of constructive fabric parameters and their regulation on the loom. Familiarization with fault causes in the fabric, their removal on the machine and after weaving, consequences and fault classification.
