Application:
The IULTCS & Veslic Leather Abrasion Tester is used to test skin colour fastness. Under a certain pressure, a white / black wool pad rubs the surface of the coloured pattern. After a certain number of rubs, the colour fastness is evaluated, i.e. the colour change of the sample and the colour change of the white / black wool pad. The tests can be performed in three ways: dry sample, wet sample, wet wool pad (soaked in water or artificial sweat solution).
THE STANDARDS COVERED BY THIS DEVICE ARE:
DIN 4843, ISO 11640, SATRA PM 173, QB/T 2537, GB/T 20991 section 7.3, EN ISO20344 section 7.3, AS/NZS 2210.2 section7.3, ISO 17700 Method A.
