Application:
The device is used for preparation of samples prior to SEM microscopy to achieve the conductivity of samples. Samples are coated with metal ions (gold, palladium, chromium, carbon) for creating a stable film that generates secondary electrons, thus creating a detailed outline of the sample.
Technical characteristics:
- Vacuum of 1x10-6 mbar
- Sputter current 0-150 mA to a predetermined thickness or by the built-in timer
- Gold, palladium, chromium, carbon target
- 16 GB of flash memory can store more than 1000 recipes
