Subject content

Ecological textile properties - emphasis on human-ecological aspects of textile products (clothing, home textiles, bed and table linen, carpets and floor coverings). Testing, evaluation and labelling of ecological quality characteristics according to EU-directives and international standards. The requirements on eco-products. Comparison between eco-labeling criteria of the most important eco-brands for textile products: EU eco-label, Oeko-Tex, Environmental Choice and Eco-cotton, related to their guarantee of ecological reliability.

Aim of course

Qualification for a critical division of various eco-brands and ecological labels related to their objectivity and credibility of the message directed at consumers of textile products.
