Subject content
Chemical modification processes with the application of environmentaly friendly agents and methods. Different reaction mechanisms between the reactant and celulose molecules (textile or wood). Purpose is to obtain a high performance material of excelent durability. Improvements in following effects: dimensional stability, water and oil repellency, fire retardancy (FR) and animicrobical characteristics.
Aim of course
Scientific approach in the field of chemical modificaton of cellulosic materials.
