Subject content

New technologies and postulates of ecological approach to production based on a sustainable development. Conservation of energy (heat storage, air purification, etc.), economic and environmental reasons (low bath volumes, small amount of additives required for the dyeing process), the minimum water pollution, recycling bath High added value - the new dyeing processes, new textile pretreatment processes, new dyes. New dyestuff with special properties (thermochromic, photochromic and other with multifunctional properties) Environmental and toxicological analysis dyes in accordance with the legislation. New dyes must follow legislative requirements for safety use and environmental protection (dyes with great stability the minimum level of water pollution, biodegradable). Critical approach to new technologies dyeing (nanotechnology, application microcapsules, enzymatic textile pretreatment, plasma pretreatment, application of microwaves etc.) Application of information technology in the analysis of dyes, managing production processes dyeing (automation, robotization) and control system (PID, fuzzy logic, nerve networks and sliding modes control. They are characterized by closed loop control system, a steady stream of control measures (previously unidentified individual procedures), multiple input / multiple output management strategies, detection and elimination of process defects in real time, and achieve the desired results of the process. etc.). Quick response strategy based on the basic postulates: reproducibility, energy efficiency, cost effectiveness and Total Quality Management (TQM).

Aim of course

Introduction of new technologies in the field of dyeing with focus on the critical approach to the economic and ecological point of view.
